About

BrandonStarkweather.com is my personal Blog. I like to write about all sorts of things here. Usually I will find something interesting and share it with my friends on FaceBook and Twitter. However since I am able to reach a much broader audience here I plan on being more useful than amusing ;-) . So take a look at some of my Blog Posts to get a feel for what is going on around here!

I love technology and will dedicate the rest of my days to finding new people to help and new ways to change the way we are able interact with the world around us!

Brandon Starkweather is an innovative web developer who designs and implements creative online solutions for small businesses and individuals. The digital and technological arts naturally extend from and complement Brandon’s talent for drawing and music performance. Brandon is currently working with local Denton musicians and artists to help them build online portfolios, release new music, and sell their work. In the future, the Texas native plans to develop iOS apps, particularly those that function as effective therapeutic tools designed for use by certified music therapists with disabled or injured individuals.

Multi Touch and the Promise of Interaction

When I first saw this video on YouTube from TED I knew the future was quickly bringing new and exciting technologies. I also knew that I would be young and computer literate enough to be able to explore the future as a pioneer rather than just a consumer. I am always looking for what might change the world in ways that help people live better lives. I have ( hopefully it is obvious by now ) decided to dedicate my career and education to the calling I feel Apple is sending out to bright individuals like myself. Ultimately I see myself writing...
